Introduction

Tpylo is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and legal environment for all users. This Acceptable Use & Content Policy outlines the types of content and behavior that are prohibited on our platform, as well as our procedures for handling violations.

By using Tpylo, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these policies at our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Tpylo. Posting such content will result in immediate removal and may lead to account termination:

Illegal & Dangerous Content

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors in sexual situations. Zero tolerance — immediate report to authorities.
  • Terrorism & Extremism: Content promoting terrorist organizations, recruitment, or extremist ideologies.
  • Criminal Activities: Drug trafficking, weapons sales, human trafficking, money laundering, or fraud schemes.
  • Violence & Gore: Gratuitous violence, torture, mutilation, or content glorifying real-world violence.
  • Self-Harm: Content promoting suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.

Adult & Explicit Content

  • Pornography: Sexually explicit content, nudity, or graphic sexual acts.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Revenge porn, deepfakes, or intimate images shared without consent.
  • Sexual Services: Solicitation or promotion of prostitution or escort services.

Note: Artistic nudity in appropriate contexts may be permitted with proper age restrictions.

Hate Speech & Harassment

  • Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Harassment & Bullying: Targeted harassment, cyberbullying, threats, intimidation, or doxxing (sharing private information).
  • Discrimination: Content promoting discrimination or advocating for the exclusion of protected groups.

Fraud & Deception

  • Scams & Fraud: Ponzi schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, or any deceptive financial practices.
  • Misinformation: Deliberately false health, medical, political, or election-related information that could cause harm.
  • Fake Products: Counterfeit goods, plagiarized content sold as original, or products that infringe trademarks.
  • Spam: Automated spam, fake engagement, or artificial manipulation of metrics.

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright Infringement: Uploading content you don't own or have rights to distribute.
  • Trademark Violations: Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or trademarks.
  • Piracy: Distributing pirated software, media, or digital goods.

2. Copyright Policy (DMCA Compliance)

2.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Tpylo, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  • 1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • 2. Location of Infringing Content: The specific URL(s) where the infringing content is located on Tpylo.
  • 3. Your Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • 4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • 5. Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • 6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2.2 Takedown Process

24-72 Hours
Response time for valid DMCA notices
  1. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim within 24 hours.
  2. If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be removed within 72 hours.
  3. The accused user will be notified of the takedown and the reason.
  4. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

2.3 Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • • Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • • Consent to jurisdiction and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.
  • • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Content may be restored after 10-14 business days unless the complainant files legal action.

3. Reporting System

3.1 How to Report Content

You can report violations using any of these methods:

  • Report Button: Available on every profile, post, product, and comment. Click the "..." menu and select "Report".
  • Email Report: Send detailed reports to report@tpylo.com with URLs and evidence.
  • Emergency Reports: For CSAM, imminent violence, or immediate threats, contact urgent@tpylo.com for priority handling.

3.2 What to Include in Your Report

  • • URL(s) of the violating content
  • • Type of violation (select from categories)
  • • Description of why it violates our policies
  • • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  • • Your contact information (optional but helpful)

Confidentiality: Reporter identities are kept confidential. We never share who filed a report with the reported user.

4. Penalties & Enforcement

We use a progressive penalty system for most violations. Severity depends on the type of violation, intent, and history:

First Violation — Warning

  • • Email notification explaining the violation
  • • Content removed
  • • Warning added to account record

Second Violation — Temporary Suspension

  • • Account suspended for 7-30 days
  • • All monetization features disabled during suspension
  • • Email notification with appeal instructions

Third Violation — Permanent Termination

  • • Account permanently deleted
  • • All content removed
  • • Ban on creating new accounts
  • • No refund of any pending earnings

Immediate Termination — Zero Tolerance

The following violations result in immediate, permanent account termination without warning:

  • • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • • Terrorism or extremist content
  • • Impersonation or identity theft
  • • Severe harassment or credible threats
  • • Payment fraud or financial scams
  • • Distribution of malware

5. Impersonation Policy

5.1 What Constitutes Impersonation

Impersonation is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Identity Theft: Using another person's real name, photos, or identity to deceive others.
  • Creator Impersonation: Creating accounts that mimic popular creators using similar usernames, profile pictures, or branding.
  • Brand Impersonation: Pretending to represent a company, organization, or brand without authorization.
  • Deceptive Profiles: Using AI-generated faces, stolen photos, or misleading information to create fake personas.

5.2 Examples of Prohibited Behavior

Not Allowed

  • • Username "MrBeast_Official" (if not MrBeast)
  • • Using a celebrity's photo as profile picture
  • • Claiming to be a famous creator
  • • Using similar username + similar profile to an existing creator

Allowed

  • • Fan accounts clearly labeled as "Fan"
  • • Parody accounts with clear disclaimers
  • • Using your own photos and identity
  • • Original usernames and branding

🚫 Impersonation Consequences

  • Immediate Account Termination: No warnings for clear impersonation.
  • IP Ban: Banned users may be blocked by IP address.
  • Legal Action: We may report to law enforcement and cooperate with legal proceedings.
  • Funds Frozen: Any earnings may be held pending investigation.

6. Account Verification

6.1 Verified Badges

Tpylo offers verified badges to help users identify authentic accounts. Verified accounts display a blue checkmark badge next to their name.

  • Purpose: Verification confirms the account belongs to the person or entity it claims to represent.
  • Eligibility: Available to creators with established public presence, notable figures, and brands.
  • Process: Submit verification request through account settings with required documentation.

6.2 Verification Requirements

  • • Government-issued photo ID (for individuals)
  • • Business registration documents (for organizations)
  • • Links to official websites or social media profiles
  • • Evidence of public presence or notability

Note: Verification is optional and does not grant special treatment regarding content moderation. All users must follow the same community guidelines.
